In 1989, HDI became the first professional association created for the technical support industry. Since then, HDI has remained the source for professional development by offering resources to promote organization-wide success through exceptional customer service.

The Mountain State HDI chapter schedules local meetings throughout the year. The Mountain State chapter’s programs and events are open to all HDI members. Members can enjoy peer-to-peer interactions at special events, as well as during our regular chapter meetings.
